These terms and conditions set out the basis on which Molly Canada sells products through this website. Please read them before placing an order. By using this site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are
Molly Canada operates this website at mollycanada.to. Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean Molly Canada. Where they say “you”, they mean the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Who can order
You must be at least 19 years old to buy from this site, and we ship within Canada only. By placing an order you confirm that you meet both conditions and that the information you give us is accurate.
You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply where you live. We may refuse or cancel any order we believe does not meet these terms.
3. Your account
You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
4. Orders
An order becomes a contract only once we have confirmed it and received your payment. Until then we may decline it, for example if an item is out of stock, if the price or description was wrong, or if we cannot verify the details you gave us.
All prices are in Canadian dollars. We try to keep prices, stock and product information correct, but if we spot an error in your order we will contact you before going ahead and you can confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.
5. Payment
We accept Interac e-Transfer and Bitcoin. Your order is held until payment arrives and is released for packing once it clears.
Follow the steps on our Payment Instructions page exactly, including the security question and the message on the transfer. Payments that do not follow those steps can be delayed or returned to you, and your order will not move until the correct payment is received.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping options, costs and delivery times are set out on our Shipping page, and every order is sent with a tracking number that you can follow on our Track Your Order page.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays once a parcel is with the courier. Please check your delivery address carefully before you order: we cannot recover a parcel sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us before it ships and we will do what we can. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items, and anything else to do with returns, are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are there to illustrate a product and small differences in appearance between the picture and what you receive are normal.
9. Using this site
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that could damage it or interfere with anyone else’s use of it;
- try to gain access to accounts, systems or data that are not yours;
- copy, scrape or republish parts of the site for commercial use without our permission;
- submit false information, or place orders on someone else’s behalf without their knowledge.
We may suspend or close an account, or refuse service, if these terms are broken.
10. Our content
The text, images, logos and design on this site belong to Molly Canada or to the people we licence them from, and may not be reused without our written permission. You may of course print or save pages for your own records.
11. Liability
We provide this site and our products with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Canadian consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order, so please check the date at the top before ordering.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Ontario.
